Patty McGrath LPCC, LICDC, NCC

I am a graduate of the University of Dayton and work as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor in the State of Ohio. I have worked in mental health for 6+ years in a variety of settings including community mental health, outpatient/inpatient psychiatric facilities and residential treatment for recovery from addiction. My experiences have taught me that the quality of life is determined not by our experiences per se, but rather in how we choose to deal with them. Your life can change completely when you are ready, willing and open to change. It just takes courage to reach out for help. My focus is on collaborating with clients to address mental health/addiction issues that prevent them from discovering their authentic selves and leading happy, productive lives. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Brief Solution-Focused and Strength-based therapeutic techniques in a warm, non-judgmental environment. If you are seeking an honest, compassionate counselor and are ready to make positive changes in your life, call today to begin your journey. I look forward to hearing from you!
