Become a Provider

Matrix set out to develop the most talented and qualified network of psychological providers in the country. To bring this vision to life, we established a set of standards by which every EAP provider must adhere. As a result, we are the only EAP network in the country comprised of all doctorally-trained and licensed psychologists.

Matrix is always looking for new members. To uphold our unprecedented standard of care, we ask that all providers meet the following criteria:

• Licensed & doctorally trained (PhD/PsyD)
• Annual clinical certification
• A minimum $1,000,000/$3,000,000 in liability coverage
• No history with lost or settled medical malpractice litigation
• No history with any other ethical violation
• Complete an appropriate internship within the standards set by the American
• Psychological Association and/or a minimum of 10 years of experience post-licensure

Please note that we do not accept clinicians located in Central Ohio, or those who only see virtual clients in Ohio, as our home offices are utilized to meet those client needs.
