Chip Tell, Psy.D.

Chip Tell, Psy.D. received his B.A. degree in Economics from the College of William and Mary in 1990 and his Psy.D. degree in Clinical Psychology from Wright State University in 2000. Additionally, Chip completed an APA-approved internship at The Mendota Mental Health Institute in Madison, Wisconsin. Dr. Tell is therefore uniquely trained to handle both clinical and business management consulting aspects of the Matrix suite of services. Chip has served as the Director of Market Development for the past 30 years. In addition to clinical care, Chip is responsible for our Unfinished Business corporate consulting program development, contracting, and promotion activities.
