Eric Reinhart, Psy.D.
Dr. Reinhart is a licenced clinical psychologist who earn his doctorate at Wright State University School of Professional Psychology (WSU-SOPP) following the completion of an APA-accredited internship at the Chillcothe VA Medical Center. WSU-SOPP emphasizes generalist training and diversity competence for professional practice. Prior to his doctorate, Dr. Reinhart earned an MS.Ed. in Clinical Counseling. Dr. Reinhart completed an informal postdoctoral fellowship at the Chillicothe VA Medical Center as part of the PTSD Clinical Team. In addition to his doctoral training, Dr. Reinhart has studied and is certified in several evidence-based psychotherapies for a wide range of mental health and relational problems. He uses this training to tailor treatment to each client to help them realize their goals. His clinical experiences includes community mental health organizations, substance abuse treatment, and private practice settings. He approaches clinical work from a collaborative, strengths-based perspective, utilizing cognitive-behavioral, contextual and mindfulness-based orientations through a multicultural lens. At Matrix Dr. Reinhart works primarily with adults. His areas of focus include depression, anxiety, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, family conflict, marriage issues, and trauma responses.
