Sajdah Uddin MS.Ed, LPC
Sajdah Uddin is a Licensed Professional Counselor through the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Work, and Marriage and Family Therapy Board. She also serves as the Vice President of Administration at Matrix. Sajdah received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the Ohio State University. She then went on to earn her Master of Science in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Dayton. Sajdah provides individual therapy to adults and adolescents. Sajdah works with clients struggling with emotional and behavioral concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, relationship concerns, women’s issues, sexual orientation, multi-cultural and diversity issues. She believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is a foundation for successful outcomes in therapy. Her integrative approach to therapy incorporates clients’ strengths and utilizes evidence-based interventions to meet clients’ goals. She provides a warm non-judgmental space that nurtures personal growth and seeks to help clients navigate the various challenges that come up in life.
