What is the Matrix Leadership Pre-Employment Screening Process?
Matrix Pre-Employment Screening is a seamless selection and tracking process designed to help organizations make informed hiring decisions for executive and management-level positions. Our proven selection and tracking process involves:
Step 1: Enterprise Needs Assessment: to determine what your organization requires in a leader.
Step 2: Matrix Position Analysis Survey (MPAS): taken by supervisors and department experts to determine what qualities your ideal candidate must possess.
Step 3: Survey Analysis: to identify a competency hierarchy based on the demands of the position and the preferences of the organization.
Step 4: Matrix Interview: tailored to assess for the specific competencies outlined in step 3.
Step 5: Psychometric Assessment of Top Candidate(s): to measure an individual’s mental capabilities and behavioral style.
Upon completion, Matrix conducts an in-depth comparison of all findings and produces a comprehensive report. Together, the Matrix team and the client will assess the information and select the best match. Once we hire the ideal candidate, Matrix conducts a phone assessment every six months to monitor their performance. If desired by the enterprise, we also provide coaching services to nurture the new hire’s strengths and assist with their transition into leadership.
