Our EAP Services

We all struggle with personal issues from time to time. Left unattended, these challenges can become distracting, overwhelming, and disruptive to all aspects of life, including work performance.

The Matrix Employee Assistance Program exists because we believe in your ability to overcome personal challenges and reach your potential. As part of your employer’s benefits package, we offer low- or zero-cost mental health support for you and your family members. Receive expert care and guidance for an array of personal difficulties, including:

Under Matrix’s care, you can expect friendly, compassionate support and the utmost discretion. Unless your employer issues a mandatory referral (with a release of information signed by you), the care you seek is completely confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone within the company. Additionally, we guarantee the use of all free EAP sessions before billing your insurance.

Billing
EAP sessions are also never billed to an employee’s health plan. We are deeply committed to improving the mental health of our patients and will exhaust all free EAP sessions before involving health insurance.

  • Routine appointments will be scheduled within 72 hours.
  • Urgent requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and addressed immediately.
  • 24/7 crisis counseling services are available by phone.
  • Individual needs are taken into consideration as we find provider referrals based on your needs, preferences and location.

For individuals dealing with legal or financial issues, our EAP offers expert legal and financial advice and resources over the phone at no cost to you or your family members.
